CCOW compliant version of Wellsoft v11 Duke University Health System Enables access to multiple systems using a single log-on. Using the context manager provided by the Sentillion product, Vergence, Wellsoft supports the User, Patient and Encounter subjects. The user is on the same patient and same patient visit when switching between applications.
Vitals Monitoring Interface/Biomedical Monitoring Interface Duke University Health System Eliminates manual collection and notation of vitals. When a patient is connected to the vitals monitor, an HL7 ORU (result) message containing Vital Signs is sent to the Wellsoft system every 10 minutes. The system locates the appropriate patient account number and populates the data into a special "Vitals" notes field. The time is automatically stamped in the "Vitals" column on the Tracking Display.
