Technical Details

Hardware & Network Specifications

Wellsoft does not provide hardware. Installation and maintenance of the hardware, networks and operating software is the responsibility of the hospital. Wellsoft Project Managers and Information Technology staff will work closely with the hospital’s Information Systems department to assist in any way possible, including providing detailed documentation, site readiness checklists and unlimited telephone support.

  • Physical or virtual servers with quad core Xeon 2.0 GHz processors or better, with 16 GB RAM. Wellsoft recommends RAID5 with three 72 GB HD. Available HD space is site specific. Depending upon the configuration, there can be multiple servers supporting the application, database, Citrix and virtual environments if desired.
  • P4 2.0 GHz or better processors, 1 GB RAM and  10 GB HD is recommended for client workstations.
  • Xeon 2.0 GHz or better processor, 4 GB RAM and 120GB Available HD space.
